- Graduate of 4-year-course in Psychology, Business Administration major in Human Resource Development Management, or any related course.
- Proven experience as an HR Officer or similar HR role.
- Strong background in talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, employee relations, training, and HR data/metrics.
