Bubble Waffle

Ingredients
  

  • 240 g All Purpose Flour
  • 14 g Baking Powder
  • 35 G Peotraco Rice Flour
  • 35 g Peotraco Glutinous Rice Flour
  • 16 g Milk Powder
  • 4 pcs Eggs
  • 130 g PEOTRACO CASTER SUGAR
  • 120 ml Fresh Milk
  • 240 ml Water
  • 30 ml Oil

Procedure

  • Mix all ingredients until smooth. Refrigerate for 30 minutes
  • Heat waffle machine to 170ºC.
  • Pour batter and quickly flip
  • Give it 4 minutes. Remove.
  • You may use any kind of waffle maker you have!
