
Bubble Waffle
Ingredients
- 240 g All Purpose Flour
- 14 g Baking Powder
- 35 G Peotraco Rice Flour
- 35 g Peotraco Glutinous Rice Flour
- 16 g Milk Powder
- 4 pcs Eggs
- 130 g PEOTRACO CASTER SUGAR
- 120 ml Fresh Milk
- 240 ml Water
- 30 ml Oil
Instructions
Procedure
- Mix all ingredients until smooth. Refrigerate for 30 minutes
- Heat waffle machine to 170ºC.
- Pour batter and quickly flip
- Give it 4 minutes. Remove.
- You may use any kind of waffle maker you have!
