Easy Silky Buttercream

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Peotraco Baker's Mate Instant Whipping Cream Powder

  • 2 cups Baker's Mate Confectioner’s Powdered Sugar
  • cup Icy-cold Water
  • 500 g Semi-cold Butter
  • 2 tbsp Peotraco Macy's Pancake Syrup for caramel popcorn flavor

Instructions
 

  • Combine Peotraco Baker's Mate Instant Whipping Cream Powder, Baker's Mate Confectioner’s Powdered Sugar, and icy-cold water. Stir until dissolved.
  • Beat using an electric mixer at high speed for 3 minutes.
  • Cut the butter into cubes. Make sure the butter is not melted but not too cold.
  • On high speed, add the butter one cube at a time. Beat for another 3 minutes or until light and fluffy.
  • Add the Peotraco Maple Syrup, beat for another 1 minute at high speed.
