Fruity Frozen Taho

Ingredients
  

  • 1 ½ cups Peotraco Baker's Mate Whipping Cream Powder Whipped
  • 300 ml Cold Soy Milk
  • 1 cup Peotraco Honey Browns or Peotraco Muscovado
  • ½ cup Water
  • Pinch of salt
  • Diced Fruits Mango/Strawberry/Peaches
  • Tapioca pearls cooked

Instructions
 

  • Prepare all of the ingredients, use hand mixer or stand mixer
    For this recipe, using the whip attachment, whip the Baker’s mate whipping cream, medium speed together with the cold soy milk, then adjust the speed to high, the volume should be doubled, freeze overnight.
  • For the syrup/sauce, in a pan add the water, Honey Browns or Muscovado and pinch of salt, let it simmer until thickens, set aside cool it down before using, for assembling, scoop the soy flavored ice cream, then top it with the tapioca and fruits drizzle some syrup, Enjoy!
