Ingredients
1 cup All-Purpose Flour
1⁄2 tsp Baking Soda
1⁄2 cup Butter
1 tsp Vanilla
1⁄4 tsp Salt
1 pc Egg
1 cup + 2 Tbsp Sugar or 1/2 cup + 1 tbsp Sugarlyte
1⁄2 cup Peotraco Bakers Choice Cocoa Powder
1⁄2 cup White Chocolate Chips
1⁄2 cup Dark Chocolate Chips
1 cup Dried Cranberries
Procedure
- Cream butter and Sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add in egg and vanilla.
- Combine dry ingredients (flour, cocoa powder, baking soda and salt). Add.
- Fold in dark and white chocolate chips and dried cranberries.
- Bake at 325°F.
