Ingredients
110g Peotraco Rice Flour
50g All Purpose Flour
2 1⁄2 tsp Baking Powder
75g Sugar
210g Water
2 pcs Eggs (Large)
Topping (Optional)
Salted Egg (sliced)
Grated Cheese
Garnish
Grated Coconut and Butter/Margarine
Procedure
- Preheat oven at 375-400F
- Mix ingredients until smooth with no visible lumps
- Pour onto prepared bibingka molds topped with salted egg and grated cheese
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until done
- Brush with butter or margarine halfway baking time
- Serve hot with grated coconut
