Ingredients
1 cup Butter, Softened
2 cups All Purpose Flour
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
2 pcs Eggs
3/4 tsp Baking Powder
100g Sugarfree Dark Chocolate
30 sachets Sufree Stevia Sweetener
Mise en Place
- Sift flour and baking soda together and set aside.
- Cut butter into dice and set aside.
- Preheat oven at 180°C.
- Prepare bain marie.
Procedure
- Cream butter and sufree stevia sweetener until pale yellow in color.
- Add eggs one at a time until fully incorporated.
- Add vanilla extract.
- Ass in flour to the mixture but do not overmix.
- Roll dough to 1/4" thick, then cut with cookie cutter.
- Cool down and set aside.
- Melt chocolate over a bain marie and dip one side of cookie. Let chocolate set.
